Thrive vs Survive part 2

Thrive vs. Survive Part 2 is a continuation of the journey we began in part 1, where we introduced the butterfly hug, settling breath, and arm sweeps. In this module, we’re building on those foundational practices by adding a few more powerful tools to your toolkit—orienting, seated rotation, and leg sweeps. These practices are simple yet deeply effective in helping you attain and maintain that state of calm, grounded presence, where you’re not just surviving but truly thriving.

Imagine feeling more attuned to yourself, more connected, and more at ease in your own skin. That’s what these practices are all about. They’re opportunities to create moments of self-awareness, self-care, and self-compassion throughout your day. 

This module invites you to continue exploring what feels good, what helps you feel valued and nurtured, and how you can deepen that sense of safety and autonomy in your life. The goal is to cultivate an environment within yourself where you can thrive—where love, attachment, and attunement become your new normal.
