This module explores four powerful Embodied Inquiry practices: Owning Your Space, Wholeheartedness, Walking Away, and Freedom. Each practice is designed to help you connect with different aspects of your being, providing you with the tools to navigate your life with greater awareness, confidence, and ease.
We’ll start with Owning Your Space, a practice that encourages you to claim your physical and energetic presence in the world. It’s about feeling grounded and confident, knowing that you have the right to occupy space and express yourself fully.
Next, we’ll explore Wholeheartedness, which is all about engaging with life with your full self—no holding back, no reservations. This practice helps you tap into your courage and vulnerability, allowing you to show up in the world as your true, authentic self.
Then, we’ll move on to Walking Away, a practice that teaches you the power of letting go and moving forward. Whether it’s a situation, a relationship, or a mindset that no longer serves you, this practice is about recognizing when it’s time to walk away and create space for something new.
Finally, we’ll conclude with Freedom, a practice that embodies the ultimate goal of our journey together—living in a state of freedom, unburdened by the past, and fully embracing the possibilities of the present and future.
