We continue our journey into the transformative practice of embodied inquiry, focusing on the themes of letting go, giving, and receiving. These are fundamental aspects of our lives that can deeply affect our physical mental emotional and spiritual wellbeing. 

As you tune into your body’s wisdom you gain insight into your feelings, needs, and desires. Next you'll explore how you relate to the process of letting go—whether that’s releasing old patterns, emotions, or beliefs that no longer serve you. Letting go can be challenging, but it’s a necessary step for creating space for new growth, and possibilities.

We’ll also delve into the dynamics of giving and receiving. These actions are not just about physical exchanges; they’re deeply tied to how you connect with others and with yourself. Through embodied inquiry, you’ll start to understand your personal patterns around giving and receiving—whether you find it easy or difficult,  how these patterns affect your overall well-being, and how you want to shift your relationship with them to BE in Authentic Alignment

This module invites you to become more aware of your emotional landscape and how these themes play out in your life. As you engage with the practices, you’ll develop a greater understanding of your needs and how to meet them in a way that feels authentic. You’ll learn to navigate the delicate balance between holding on and letting go, between giving and receiving, all while staying connected to your true self.
