Breaking Barriers Part 3 – Core Connection is all about building a deep connection with your core—both physically and metaphorically. When we hear "core work", it’s easy to think of tight abs, but this is about so much more. Core Connection is about cultivating safety, strength, alignment, stability, and support in your body and your BEing. The exercises we’ll be practicing aren’t just physical movements—they’re opportunities to connect with the deepest parts of yourself. I call this "core work for your soul".
You’ll learn three simple yet incredibly effective exercises: Ball Push Pull, Heel Taps, and Praying Mantis. These movements integrate foundational, functional core strength with a felt sense connection with the core of who you are so you feel strong in your body, and your entire BEing.
