The BE ME Framework
We’ll begin by exploring the BE ME Framework—a compassionate, somatic roadmap to understanding how your nervous system shapes every moment of your experience across four interconnected realms:
• Body
• Emotion
• Mental
• Essence

You’ll begin to recognize what state you're in, and how to cultivate connection, safety, and alignment within and across these layers of BEingness.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®)
MEgan will guide you through TRE®, a simple yet powerful practice that activates the body’s natural tremor reflex to gently release stored stress and tension. Just like animals instinctively shake after a threat, our bodies are wired to discharge and reset—but most of us override this process. TRE® helps downshift the nervous system out of survival mode and into safety and presence. It’s a profound tool for recalibration, helping you feel grounded, whole, and more fully yourself.

Breathwork Journey
Brighton will lead a transformational breathwork session that works directly with the body’s rhythms to dissolve tension and unlock clarity, emotional release, and nervous system regulation. This journey is both expansive and grounding, guiding you home to a deeper sense of self-trust and ease.

Embody Authentic Alignment
Through a guided somatic practice, you’ll align your gut, heart, and head—physically, emotionally, and energetically. This isn’t about “fixing” your posture; it’s about embodying your truth. When you stand in Authentic Alignment, your nervous system receives the message that you are safe, supported, and empowered. This subtle shift can dissolve deeply held patterns of stress, creating space for resilience, authenticity, and grounded confidence.

Restorative Sound Bath Integration
To close the evening, Brighton will guide a healing sound bath with gongs and crystal bowls. These vibrational frequencies help shift the brain into deeply relaxed states, allowing the body to integrate the breathwork and TRE® sessions. You’ll leave feeling quieted, recalibrated, and restored from the inside out.

   Brighton is a multi-disciplinary bodyworker and breathwork teacher who helps people reconnect with their bodies and unlock lasting transformation. As the founder of Beyond Body Wellness, he travels across the West Coast and Mexico, offering his services in the wellness industry. Raised in Mount Shasta, a place known as the root chakra of the Earth, he now resides in Bend, Oregon, where he guides his community in healing from the inside out.

 MEgan brings 35 years of experience, weaving her expertise in physical therapy, nervous system resiliency practices, somatic psychology, Trauma Release Exercise (TRE®), and embodied coaching to help people tap into the innate power and wisdom of their bodies to heal and thrive in every realm of their BEingness.

Megan is the creator of The Art and Science of BEing ME. “BE ME” represents the Body, Emotional, Mental, and Essence (BE ME) realms of BEing human. This comprehensive framework is a roadmap to cultivate BEingness—a state of the nervous system where you thrive instead of merely survive—through somatic (body-based) practices.

At the heart of her approach is Embodying Authentic Alignment, a foundational micro-practice that uses body language and movement to rewire the nervous system and rewrite the stories held in the body. This practice cultivates safety, connection, strength, confidence, and inner support, allowing you to release chronic embodied stress, tension, trauma, and limiting belief systems. In their place, you’ll embody the core truth of who you are, feeling at home in your BEing—perhaps for the very first time.
