Bodywise Community Shake Out

Join me for Community TRE® Sessions, where we come together to amplify the power of TRE® through group practice. These sessions are open to anyone who has worked with me privately, completed the 8-week series, or the online course.

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a profound practice for releasing deep-seated stress and trauma stored in the body and nervous system. While the benefits of TRE® are significant in individual sessions, they are often magnified in a group setting. Research suggests that co-regulation—being in the presence of others while working with your nervous system—can enhance emotional resilience, improve stress recovery, and foster a deeper sense of safety.

In these community sessions, we leverage the power of collective healing. As you engage in the tremor process alongside others, your nervous system has the opportunity to co-regulate, allowing you to tap into the shared energy of the group. This practice not only boosts individual healing but also deepens your ability to feel supported, connected, and witnessed in a safe environment.

As with one-on-one sessions, we will use your body as the guide to navigate the nervous system and release stored tension. The tremor process is akin to allowing water to flow through a stream, gradually revealing "boulders"—memories, emotions, and sensations held in the body. These releases are opportunities to witness, unwind, and integrate past experiences, helping to re-wire the nervous system and restore harmony to both body and mind.

Being vulnerable and practicing in a community setting can be deeply healing, especially if you have felt disconnected or unable to safely express your emotions in the past. Group TRE® offers a unique chance to re-experience safety and connection in a supportive environment, which in turn empowers you to live in Authentic Alignment with the core truth of who you are.

Each 90-minute session begins with an embodied alignment practice, preparing the body for tremoring. I will guide the group through initiating the tremor process, moving around the room to offer individual interventions as needed. We’ll conclude with a group sharing circle, where you can reflect on your experience. While sharing is optional, it's a powerful space to connect, listen, and support one another.

I'm so excited to shake it out together!

Bring your yoga mat, a pillow and maybe a blanket... whatever sounds yummy and comfortable.

Megan has been the most insightful, perceptive, gracious and effective coach/healer/therapist I have worked with. She has helped me transform my body/mind relationship, calm my nerves through development of new skill sets, and helped me untangle the places in my life where I have felt stuck. She has all the tools to help one become stronger, at peace, and the best, most clear-headed version of themself. For me, the process with her has eclipsed anything that talk therapy and personal coaching could ever achieve. Megan is a gift to the world.

As a client who came to Megan struggling with both chronic pain and PTSD, I can attest that she has every capacity to support and promote healing for her clients. Megan skillfully weaves listening, teaching, hands-on work, guidance and feedback to empower clients to integrate new techniques to achieve their best health, from physical to psychological to spiritual. She is both a kind and a fierce advocate for her clients' wellbeing, and I cannot recommend working with her strongly enough. You will be glad you did.

I recommend working with Megan because personally, my life has gotten a whole lot easier now that I've given myself the attention and tools to work with it. The things I thought were problems have since resolved themselves or fallen into place and the feelings of stress and anxiety I've felt in recent years feels like it has been replaced with trust and gratitude in a way that no other work I've done on myself has helped me achieve. There's no greater gift than remembering who we truly are, honoring the bodies that got us here, reclaiming our stories and our power, and learning the tools to support us to live fulfilling lives. Thank you for being my Guide, Megan.
