Bodywise Community Shake Out 

Unlock the power of collective healing with Bodywise Community Shake Out! These group TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) sessions are designed to amplify your healing journey by harnessing the energy of community. Open to anyone who has worked with me privately, completed the 8-week series, or finished the online course, these sessions offer a profound opportunity to release deep-seated stress and trauma stored in your body and nervous system while in a safe space with like minded community.

What is TRE®?
TRE® is a scientifically-backed practice that helps release tension, stress, and trauma from the body through a natural tremor mechanism. While individual sessions are powerful, research shows that practicing TRE® in a group setting enhances emotional resilience, supports stress recovery, and fosters a deeper sense of safety through co-regulation—the calming effect of being in the presence of others.

When you participate in a Bodywise Community Shake Out, you’ll tap into the shared energy of the group, allowing your nervous system to co-regulate and practice feeling safe in a group in moments of vulnerability. This not only boosts your own healing process but also strengthens your sense of connection and support. 

Bodywise community TRE® sessions create a safe environment where you can release stored tension, process emotions, and feel witnessed in a community that understands.

When are they?

Classes are bi-monthly, generally on Tuesday, with flexibility for holidays. 

What to Expect in Each Session
Each 75-minute session begins with an embodied alignment practice to prepare your body for tremoring. Next, I will guide the group through initiating the your natural tremor reflex, providing individual support as needed. I equate this process to being like water flowing through a stream and revealing the "boulders" of memories, emotions, and sensations held within. As this happens, you're in a safe space to witness that your body held this memory of what happened to you, knowing it does not define who you are. This gives your nervous system the opportunity to  rewire, and rewrite your story from survival, to feeling safe BEing you, authentically aligned,  integrated and healing from traumatic experiences in your past. 

We'll end with a group sharing circle, a space for reflection and connection. While sharing is optional, it’s a powerful way to deepen your healing experience and build a supportive community.
