What's it like to BE ME?
In this foundational session, we begin a profound exploration of what it truly means to BE yourself. We often grapple with questions like, "Who am I?" "What is my purpose?" and "Why do I react the way I do?" These inquiries can feel overwhelming, but they are vital to understanding our unique BEingness—our core, true self.
In this module, we will take a compassionate journey towards understanding who you are at your essence. But it goes beyond just understanding; we will work on building a felt sense connection to your being, allowing you to live in alignment with what feels authentically true to you. This is where your journey towards self-discovery and self-alignment begins.
Our modern world values doing, achieving, and multitasking, often at the expense of simply being. This constant state of striving leaves us feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and disconnected from ourselves. It’s not sustainable, and it negatively impacts our physical, mental, and emotional well-being. We are human BEings, not human DOers, and it’s critical that we cultivate a state of BEingness to thrive rather than merely survive.
Module 1 introduces the BE ME framework, which stands for Body, Emotion, Mental, and Essence realms of your being. This framework offers a roadmap to understanding and navigating the states of your nervous system and how they influence your moment-to-moment experiences. By understanding these states—often referred to as gears—we can learn to downshift from survival modes like fight, flight, and freeze, into a state of calm, connection, and safety.
Throughout this module, you’ll be introduced to practices that help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom and cultivate a deep sense of alignment with your true self. You’ll learn to recognize when you’re in survival mode and how to bring yourself back to a state of BEingness where you can live and thrive.
This module is the foundation of our work together, setting the stage for a transformative journey. By the end, you’ll have the tools to begin rewriting your story, moving from a place of stress and overwhelm to one of peace, empowerment, and authentic alignment.
