In Module 2Â we dive into the transformative process of building and embodying your Authentic Alignment; creating a physical foundation that supports your overall sense of BEing.
The physical alignment of your body is the foundation of Authentic Alignment. Your body is the literal home of your BEing, and by developing a felt sense of connection to it, you begin to create a supportive structure that is strong, connected, balanced, and aligned. This alignment will serve as a foundation for your emotional, mental, and spiritual well-BEing as well.
Using your body in new ways can be physically demanding, and you may experience muscle fatigue or feel off-balance at times. This is because we often live our lives "ahead of ourselves," constantly moving and doing. I promise it gets easier and more natural with practice, and the results are so worth it!
Your body is the home base of your BEing.Â
